Hello

the solid colors on the desktop options are limited to a few. is there a way to 'make ' my own color for aa solid desktop pattern?

In Photoshop, create a with the desired color, whose dimensions are your screen resolution, at 72 dpi, and save it as a jpeg. Open this file as you would any other desktop background.

Or make it any size (say, 8x8) and tell the desktop pane to scale it up.
