I'm not sure when this annoying message started appearing, i.e. after 10.3.2 or latest update, to 10.3.4 when running disk utility but I'd appreciate if anyone had any suggestions on how to get rid of it as it is happening on G4 933 Quicksilver, Dual USB iBook and iMac DV 400 after updating to 10.3.4

"Determining correct file permissions.
We are using special permissions for the file or directory ./System/Library/Filesystems/cd9660.fs/cd9660.util. New permissions are 33261
The privileges have been verified or repaired on the selected volume"

Otherwise like many I've noticed an overall "snappier feel" and fewer page outs over time (3 hours) than usual according to Activity Monitor utility.
