Run the application, the system you are running, be it 10.3.3 or whatever, will become the underlying system of the resulting Boot CD.
When prompted to add applications, use the dialog box to located disk utilities etc, only a couple are necessary like Disk Warrior or Drive 10. When finished click on cancel. After the BootCD application finishes you will have a disk image, and then start up disk utility. From the "Images" pull down Menu, Choose "Burn" and select the image created by BootCD, follow the prompts. Should do it.
