Assigning the home directoy to a diff drive using netinfo

A few months ago I read an article in Macworld showing how to change your /home directory to a different hard drive using netinfo manager. I lost that magazine and I was thinking somebody here would know how to do that...? thx

read this, this, and this (last one in case you f*ck it up)
then, bookmark MacOSXHints and learn where their search feature is. it'll save you asking a lot of questions which you can just find answers for. it took me about 60 seconds to find those pages then.
