Why the energy saver is so confusing.??
I never know what settings im using when is plugged in or when is running on battery.
If i select highest performance (so the computer never sleeps when is idle for some time) then at the bottom says
"The settings are optimized for highest performance whether the computer is plugged in or not"
(PLUGGED IN OR NOT!)
My english is poor but as far as i understand it will use this settings even if the computer is not plugged in.
if i select automatic then it will sleep when is idle for 10 minutes.
I want my ibook 600 to never sleeps and have the highest performance when is plugged in and the longest battery life when its not plugged in. Automatic don't do this, it puts the computer to sleep after 10 minutes idle.
Apple needs to change that energy saver application and make it more easy to understand.
