This weekend I noticed something that Safari was doing that is quite odd:

-I went to www.weather.com and put my city name in the search field
-Selected "hourly" forecast for my city and the page loaded
-If I looked over the entire page (scrolled all the way to the bottom) I could hear some HDD activity, then when I hovered my mouse cursor over the back button on the browser it played an audio clip.

Baffled I went over to my dads and tried the same thing on his iMac....Same results! After messing around with it I figured out that there was this banner ad on the page (for security camera) that contained the music I was hearing when I hovered over the back button. Sometimes I'd have to reload the page multiple times to get this banner to appear (round banner with a guy walking in it). Once the banner appears if I scroll to the bottom of the page and wait a sec...viola....music on the hover.

Anyone else want to take a shot at duplicating this? Any chance this could be somehow used as another vulnerability in Safari?

Doh...my fault. I'll restart the thread there and the mod can just delete this one.
