Hello all,

I seem to have lost the spinning cube effect when performing fast user switching after I upgraded to 10.3.4.

I searched the board and couldn't find anyone else with a similiar problem. Has anyone else had this problem?

Does anyone know if there is a place to turn this feature on and off? Does my computer now think that I don't have the ability to use Quartz Extreme?

Make sure all users have the same resolution. The cube effect appears only if your switch between 2 users with the same screen resolution.

That was it! Thanks! I had hooked up my laptop to a TV at around the same time as I upgraded 10.3.4. Just needed to detect displays again. It still thought I was hooked up to a TV.
