I recently upgraded an iMac 266 by adding RAM and a larger HD.
It is presently running 10.3.4 without problems except.............

iPhoto4 slideshow won't run, I just get a black screen.
I've turned off transitions and music and selected show slide for 10 seconds but no joy.
The music did play before I turned it off.

Using PhotoPresenter's slideshow (which uses the iPhoto Lirary) everything works OK.

I trashed the iPhoto preferences and that didn't help - should I reinstall iPhoto?

Is anyone running iPhoto on an old iMac like this and getting the same result?
