Microsoft Mouse Driver problem?

Hi, just today my Microsoft Wireless Optical mouse started acting up. I can't click or double click, although I can click and drag. The track pad on my iBook works fine. I've tested out the mouse on a PC and all the buttons work properly. I reinstalled the Microsoft driver but it is still doing the same thing.

Any ideas?
