I am currently with the 10.2.8 and considering upgrade to 10.3.x, what I can expect in terms of performance and stability?

It seems the 10.4.x would be out very soon, should I wait for that? and what would be the cost for the upgrade?

Steve will be talking about 10.4 at the WWDC, not releasing it.

If this upgrade follows standing pricing, it will be $129 USD.

I hope the morons (employees) at the Apple Store who proclaimed that Tiger would be released this summer get a swift kick in the ass.

Very soon? Says who? I wouldn't expect it to be available until at least September, probably more like December (since it's only about to get it's first developer sneak peek next week at WWDC).

I say October. That was the same timetable we had for Panther.

Tiger won't be released this year.
Nasrudin sat on a river bank when someone shouted to him from the opposite side: "Hey! how do I get across?" "You are across!" Nasrudin shouted back.
