Even though this should probably be in the Software forum...
1) Quit Safari
2) Enable the Safari debug menu by copying and pasting the following line in the Terminal application found in your Utilities folder: defaults write com.apple.Safari IncludeDebugMenu 1
2) Launch Safari
3) Next to the help menu, there should now be a menu called 'Debug'
4) Select 'Export Bookmarks..." and save the HTML file.
5) Quit Safari
6) Disable the Safari debug menu by copying and pasting the following line in the Terminal application found in your Utilities folder: defaults write com.apple.Safari IncludeDebugMenu 0
