She is running 10.3.4 on a rev. b 12 inch powerbook. Last night she tried to launch the finder and it just relaunches. No windows open and all the icons on the desktop disappear and then reappear. The same things happens when she clicks on the hard drive icon or any file on the desktop. So she has no way of getting in the finder as of now. Should she just use the disk utility on her install cd?
