How can i copy my entire hard drive onto a new usb hard drive to put in my emac? Is this even possible? Thanks for the help....I'm 2 1 week old switcher.

If you open "Disk Utility" from your "Utilities" folder, you have a tab "Restore". In that you can drag a hard disk from the left column to the "Source" field (or a disk image), and another disk to the "Destination" field. And then restore.

I have never actually done that, so if you do please report back how it worked.
