Does anyone have any clue how to add printer profiles to those already available with a printer's driver? I'm using a Canon i960. I've got two profiles that are created for the Epson papers I use, but I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to use them with OS X. I put them in Library/Colorsync/profiles. Is this correct? I just cannot figure it out. Is it even possible to use these profiles without some third party software (i.e. Photoshop Elements)? Thanks for any help anyone can give.

Have you looked into the "ColorSync Utility" by chance under "Utilities"? From there, you can hit the "Devices" tab and find your printer...then you can choose which profile for it to use by hitting the little arrow next to "Current Profile"...
