I think someone with one is spoofing my email. I can't seem to figure out who it is. The only clue is this:

From: Kaye Eddy <mrgaskell@mac.com>
Reply-To: Kaye Eddy <mrgaskell@mac.com>
Date: Tue, 13 Jul 2004 11:25:03 -0600
To: Mrgaskell <mrgaskell@mac.com>
Subject: flow

Now I'm John Gaskell, and mrgaskell is MY email address, so why is this guy's name showing up? The only reason I'm getting these is 'cause he is getting spam with the "flow" attachement bounced back to me. Here is the only other piece of information from the email(s):

Some spammer probably found your email address on a forum. I don't know what you can do other than maybe contact .Mac support.

Just ignore it.

Most likely, someone you know who uses Windows and has you in their address book has an email virus, and it's sending out messages with you as the From: header. Note than in internet email, there is absolutely no intrinsic mechanism to prevent you from putting any name next to any email address on any message. (Some smarter mail servers prevent this, but viruses generally provide their own mail server, which obviously is not encumbered with security.)
