background picture on a window, stick it, how?

I can set a picture as background on the folder window I want to do so, bit if I transfer that folder to my another Mac on local network, the window´s background is not shown. I want the background picture remains there and if I move that folder to another Mac or toast it, the folder be shown with the picture. I included the picture on the folder so there is not a matter of file dependency.
