Hi guys,

I need to get iChat off of the Panther installation disc. I only want to install iChat (don't ask) without thrashing the system.

Is this possible? If so, how?

Many thanks in advance,
_nmk

There's a tool called Pacifist that will allow you to extract that from the Panther discs. Search versiontracker.com.

I don't think the Panther iChat will work with Jaguar
Just kidding

There is a program I believe that can do this, but I can't remember the name right now. Do a search on www.macupdate.com or www.versiontracker.com for packages and see what comes up.

Support a charity as you search the Internet - Use GoodSearch - I support Sacred Heart School.
