I think this happens on both my imac running 10.3 and our ibook running the same. When I open Sherlock, go to movies, it used to load the movie I was interested in and I'd have the option of watching the trailer. Now everything on the screen is the same, except the movie doesn't load, thus no trailer.

Any ideas how to fix this? In preferences I don't see an option to fix this.
Thanks

Are you talking about QuickTime? I had a problem with my iBook that prevented me from seeing the video of many Apple QuickTime videos. If that's what's happening to you, I suggest an Archive and Install.

I can go onto apples quicktime trailer site and view the trailers on both the imac and ibook without any problems, it's just when using sherlock to find a moovie playing nearby and getting it to play the movie trailer inside the sherlock program.

OH, now I understand what you mean. I really don't use Sherlock, but I'll try it later on and let you know what happens.
