Please help, reset Tiger admin password

I installed the Tiger Preview (NOT server version)onto my iBook for testing weeks ago. Unfortunately, I forgot the admin passward. So, I followed the online help to boot it from the Tiger installation DVD but it just kept on booting from the harddisk instead. So, please help how can I reset the admin password.
