i got an email from mac mail administrator that i was informed my .mac mail had sent lots of junk mails in the past week, and advice me to follow the instruction with an attached files, i also checked the .mac preference, that port 25 was time out, so what should i do ? actually i can get mail but not sending mail. do my account be blocked ? thanks

The message you received from the .Mac mail admistrator is not a real message from Apple...it's a spam message actually...

Why not just send your mail through your ISP?
