Ok, i figured how to make a new account, only problem is, I would realy like to know how to make it identical to my other account (same things in the dock, same bookmarks in safari, etc.). ok, maybe i could copy paste all of the preferences from my first account preferences? if so, are there any other things i need to copy as well?

Copy the entire ~/Library folder over from your user folder, and then REPAIR PERMISSIONS!

If you wish, you can then delete the Mail folder within the ~/Library folder, else both accounts will have the same e-mail folders, but will get out of sync if you check mail with both of them.

I don't believe that repair permissions will touch user home directories. Those permissions, you may have to repair by hand.
