So a guy I kno just got his powerbook, and he says that his help app closes on him right after the window pops up. Anyone know of a way to fix this?

my bad..  well he is running 10.3.4 on his new powerbook. Finder help quits when he launches it from the help menu on the top of the screen.

I just realized that "Help help" isn't actually a nondescript title.
I just didn't get it.
