I'm going to second bombich.com. I have checked out macosxlabs.org a number of times (I'm the Mac Specialist at a liberal arts college) and I've found it a to be a bit over the top sometimes. It could just be that the demands of our labs are different, but some of the solutions posted there are a bit intense. Don't get me wrong, there was some very good advice on there, but if I were you I'd sit down and determine your needs first and then see what is appropriate. PM me if you want my philosophy on lab management.
