Now that I know of; however, one habit I've learned to get used to is "Option + Clicking" the Desktop to hide the front most application....this will also hide all the open windows of that top application. Then, to see them again, just click the applications icon in the dock again and all the apps windows open back up...

Good idea... I use the ASM menu to do similar tasks... I guess I'm just used to the old classic environment.

A keyboard shortcut for that would be on my wish list though...

The problem with such a keyboard shortcut: which window should deminimize? There could be multiple minimized and non of them has the keyboard focus.

You can set the keyboard focus to the Dock by pressing ⌃F3 if you turn on full keyboard access, then navigate to the window with the arrow keys and select it with space. That's probably not what you've been looking for, but I don't think it could be implemented much better.

I was thinking of something that would work with ALT-TAB... Maybe hit ALT and TAB... switch to the app in question and hit shift or something. Maybe the ALT-TAB window would have a little icon like the mail icon in the dock that shows if the app is minimized or not...

Maybe I'm asking too much...
