Why is it that I can never get to their web page and others link to it only to have safari say it cannot find it? Any others with this issue?

It's the opposite for me actually...
When has it been down?
Works fine here.

When I click on any link it says safari is unable to locate the server. It happens every time even right now. Is there some block on it?

It must be your ISP. Try using host thinksecret.com in terminal and you should see :
[Dual867:~] mactech% host thinksecret.com
thinksecret.com has address 209.50.251.27
The above assumes you have Panther, if using 10.2 use nslookup to replace host command. nslookup still functions in Panther however but it has been deprecated.
If not, then your ISP is having DNS issues.

Yes it does show that IP in terminal for www.thinksecret.com however, it still gives that error.
BTW: this is a 12" 1GHz Powerbook running 10.3.5
Also, IE fails to load the page and says connection failed.

Yes, just the IP in Safari will work. I would reboot and have you installed any software enhancements, haxies for Safari?
Does it work in Internet Exploder ?

does not work in IE. I have downloaded a safari program that gives access to hidden features but I'm not sure how to uninstall it if it is even still there after the safari update. I'll try a reboot but this problem I have noticed for a while.

If it is the one to enable the Debug menu, that should not affect it. Also, anything for Safari should not cause IE any problems.
Have you done any modifications to your host file or have problems with other sites ?

No problem with any other sites that I have tried. It is the only one. And I suppose that since I don't know where to find the host file it would be safe to say I haven't messed with it. Hmmm....thanks for giving this a shot.

Unfortunately I can't do a traceroute to that site.
Do you have another account on that Mac? Try it there and see what happens.

No problems here. I did just recently empty the cache in Safari though.
