It seems since I upgraded to 10.3.5 (from .4) I can't seem to use OSX help. When I open help the screen comes up with no content. It's very sluggish and seems to download files from somewhere (I'm guessing apple). Is there a chance something's messed up? It pegs my processor usage to 100% and I can see that files are being downloaded... yet the downloading tapers off and nothing happens (processor usage is still at 100%).

Any ideas how to fix this? I don't use help too often, but it's anoying being a relatively new user to OSX, and new programs (and their help files) have the same problems.
