I am just switching to the Mac OS and so am still working out the bumps in the system. I used to use the "briefcase" function in Windows where I would back up my documents, photos, emails, etc. onto my iPod in a briefcase. Then All I had to do was to press the update all button in windows explorer and the contents of my backed-up folders would be matched to what was on the hard disk. It was very convenient.
Is there a similar feature in mac OS X (panther), where I can synchronize some folders onto my iPod? Perhaps it can be done with applescripting? I don't know anything about it really so I am not sure. If so I guess it is time to learn huh?
