Hi, ive just started using Fink, and as im only using a 56k dialup account find it to slow to download all the required packages to get things to run.

Is it possible to download them in one package ( i can do it at work with broadband), or get a CD with all these bits and pieces on it?

Thanks

there are convenience packages for several items... KDE, for instance, you can download all in one download... everything KDE needs to run, plus a bunch of apps. I don't think you can just download EVERYTHING at once.. and I'm not sure you'd want to, as some of it conflicts, I believe, and some of it you won't ever use anyway.
