how to restore icon in upper right of finder

ok... i accidentally dragged my applescripts icon off the top right area of finder and it poofed - so now its gone from there.

i'm talking about the upper right area where the battery, time, volume and other icons would be.

how do i restore the scripts icon? it had a bunch of scripts as well as scripts i added.

Applications->AppleScript->Install Script Menu

It's not just in the Finder it's in the menu bar of all apps.
