Hey there.

Quick question. I have a 3rd party cd/dvd-rom drive for my Pismo but it is configured (permanently) as a slave device, so I can't boot off a CD. Is there anyway to install OS X from another computer with this Pismo in Firewire Target Disk mode? Would an external CD drive work? Any other ways?

Thanks for your help.

Yes, installing it with FW TDM should work just fine.
