Any time I try to right click on a zip (or sit) file I get a weird finder error. a window pops up titled finder.out and it says in it "got a raw cfm pointer.." How can I fix this?

First remove the plug-ins in ~/Library/Contextual Menu Items/ and /Library/Contextual Menu Items/ and reboot. If the problem is fixed report back.
