Does anyone know where network prefs are stored in 10.3? I know in earlier versions of OSX they were in var/db/SystemConfiguration/ but that doesn't seem to exist when I try to find it using goto folder in the finder.

Do you know which file it is in that folder. I've got 5 files:

com.apple.airport.preferences.plist
com.apple.nat.plist
com.apple.PowerManagement.plist
NetworkInterfaces.plist
preferences.plist

Is it the last one - preferences.plist?

Yes.

Edit: If you want to look inside those files, just navigate to them in the Terminal and use the "more" command or the "strings" command on the file (the latter is used if you think there's going to be some human-readable bits mixed in with some garbled text).
