For some reason, i cant use stuffit expander on my new G5. I downloaded an FTP client and tried to install it, but the error pops up saying Stuffit Expander has all of a sudden quit and asks me to report the problem to apple. What can i do to fix this?

I believe I had the same problem when I first got my G5. You need to reinstall Stuffit, but note that if you try to download the stuffit installer that is already compressed (.sit), you'll run into an obvious catch-22. You need to download the uncompressed version, either the dmg or a bin. Go to:

http://www.stuffit.com/cgi-bin/stuff...standardmacexp

It appears to default to the dmg, so you should have no trouble with it after download.
