I just finished getting a new HD because the other one was apparently finished. I did however salvage all my data. The tech who worked on the computer also upgraded my Panther to 10.3.5. Everytime i restart the computer i get a blank screen and the fans go full power on. I can get it started after multiple holding the button down for 5 seconds. I also tried putting the computer to sleep to see if the same thing would happen and i could not get the computer to boot for over 15 hours. Any software i try and install that requires a restart just doesn't work because of the restart problem. Can someone shed some light on this problem ? I see there are little fixes but any real fixes ?
