Wow, is this a weird one. I pull a lot of movie pics off of websites as jpgs. I just drag them onto my desktop and put them in a pics folder. Well, one of them now appears in the dialogue box whenever I want to empty the trash (secure or not). When it asks if I'm sure I want to empty the trash, there's the movie pic, on the left side of the box. I have no idea how it got there or how to get rid of it. I deleted the jpg and the pic is still there. Any ideas?
I have a G4 iBook with OS X.3.5. Thanks for any ideas.

Well, I just got the prompt to update to the new OSX software. I downloaded it and it got rid of the jpg. I'd still like to know how that happened, if anyone knows.....

It's a bug. Icons often get mixed up for some reason (bad programming is my guess ). Restarting your Mac will fix it.

that's a true annoying bug!
I hope Tiger fixes that...
(BTW sometimes a logoof fixes it (vs the restart))
