Theres is way on your computer i found to let people connect via ftp. But is there a way to let them connect like a guest so they dont see all my files? Only the ones i allow?

If security is a concern, investigate SSH (named Remote Login in System Preferences). FTP user names and passwords are sent in clear text, meaning that anyone sniffing your network can intercept them immediately.
