i'm using a powerbook and I have hotcorners enabled and the Fkeys turned off completely. I have the upper left corner set for all windows and the upper right set for desktop. the lower left for enable screen saver and the lower right for no screensaver.
Anytime I click in the dock or open an application window, all windows activates. Sometimes when I just touch the trackpad, all windows activates even if the cursor is in the middle of the screen. If no windows are open, then it will just beep.
Insanely annoying. Anyone have any ideas? I can't find any expose prefs to trash, but isn't expose controlled by the dock prefs anyway?
Finally, I have clear dock running (unsanity) in case that rings any bells for anyone.
All help appreciated.

I have the same problem, no extra software installed. It normally affects only one corner, so if I disable that the problem goes away. Never really narrowed down what caused it.

happens with me but rarely, its either a slight lag, or a hiccup. because when there is a slight lag, i can sometimes see expose activate repeatedly in a row. sometimes it's because the mouse hits that corner repeatedly during the lag.. or i notice the lag, and i hit the expose mouse button to see if there is a reaction. (the lag will make me click repeatedly to no avail, then when the lag dissapears, all those expose button clicks and corner drags comes into affect) .. that's me atleast .. hope that's what's bothering u guys.

Does it happen to be the upper left corner? I have narrowed mine down to the upper left hot corner only.
clear dock has no effect.

I have the same problem with the upper right corner, which is set to "Show Desktop".
Sometimes when I hit that corner, the desktop appears, then suddenly Expose switches to "Show Application Windows", which is normally set to the lower right corner.
It doesn't happen that often though. I recently cleared the corner settings and entered them again, and I haven't had the problem ever since, but I can't be sure it's completely gone as it's only been a few days...

It's pretty likely you're accidentally hitting the hot corner, with a sudden movement via the track pad. I use a hot corner for the screen saver and I'm accidentally activating it all the time.
I don't use hot corners for Expose and I have NEVER seen it accidentally activate. I'd suggest you deactivate the hot corners for a time and see if it goes away. It's very simple to accidentally hit hot corners when you use the track pad... use your index finger, then accidentally tap the trackpad with your thumb and it will move the cursor all the way to a corner immediately.
