Darn, Is there a bug out there?
I have noticed a few things strange lately, the color ball and images not loading all the way in Safari. Things just seem different,,,, maybe,,,, slow? Anyway, now I have lost the help app.
What do I have to do to get the finder "Mac Help" back ? Thanks

As long as I asking, Why can't I connect from the menu bar ( the little pic of the phone )? I always have to open Internet Connect and connect from there......

Well just found out if you hit " new window " in help, it comes up fine in the new window but seems slow. Something isn't right . Any answers?

Trash the folder ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.helpui

That took care of the (mac help) ! I noticed there is a nother folder the same should that be dumped also? Thanks

Use Cocktail or Onyx to empty your caches.

I have used that Cocktail and it must not take out this file. Still wondring if I can take out all of the ( com.apple.helpui ) files when ever I want or do you have to leave one. Thanks

As a rule of thumb you can trash anything in (~)/Library/Caches at will.
