I can't remember how to deactivate the tool tips when you mouse over. They are starting to drive me nuts, as they tend to flicker and pause unexpectedly. I wouldn't mind if they all worked the same, but they seem to pop up at random speeds and durations.
W....liar or idiot? Pick two.

I don't think they can be turned off.
