When copying files over a network (from a PC) to my PB desktop, after the files are done copying, they don't show up for a good 15-30 seconds. Now I know the files are there as my PC shows they have copied, and if i choose the "Clean Up" menu, they show up right away.

Is it just that the finder doesnt refresh right away? Is there a way to change this? I've tried doing a search but havent found anything.

FinderSync 1.0.2

Give that a shot and see if it helps...
