What is this Hardware preferece pane?

When I open System Preferences there is an unfamiliar preference pane called Hardware on the Other row.

It looks like a preference pane for the CPU with options for the level 2 cache. It's called PowerPC (null) v0.0 (tech 0).

It's part of the CHUD Tools.
