Post crash logs or don't post at all.

(Or at least post a comment like that in the general 10.3.7 thread then.)

Yes. Apple is slipping.

Indeed. Just the other day, I saw it slip. One moment it was there and the next it was slightly off. Slipped right before my eyes.
signatures are a waste of bandwidth
especially ones with political tripe in them.

The crash logs can be found in ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter. Post a few of them for the apps that are crashing and maybe it will give some clues.

Ticking sound coming from a .pkg package? Don't let the .bom go off! Inspect it first with Pacifist. Macworld - five mice!

Must be slipping. Apple have never released an update that caused problems for some people before. Definitely slipping.

I slipped on some ice and bumped my head...but I blame the weather and ice on that. Not Apple.

It depends on the configuration your computer is using whether crashes happen or not from updates. Third party software or hacks may break causing problems. We have seen that the fixes made in 10.2.6-8 caused enough complaints for Apple to withdraw the uodate in exchange for a new one.
Try repairing your permissions and check the crash reporter in the Utilties folder.

.00000000001 percent of Mac users have this problem so I would say Apple is indeed slipping and will probably go out of business real soon.

It was the original post that wasn't helpful. I asked him to post the crash logs so that we might maybe find something that could cause the crashes, but the original poster didn't bother. So how is anybody supposed to be able to help him?

I'm afraid Newton was cancelled. More evidence of slippage.

You have to be more specific instead of this post and run ********. I have gotten (and learned ) so much on these boards from other people. But you have to be very specific - what crashed? Running any haxies? Crash log would be ideal.

Well the original poster asked a question and I answered it simply. Remember, some people have no idea what the 'CrashReporter' is even if it seems obvious to you. Some people post and come back days later to respond.

Yes I like spaces because they divide my ideas and I have never heard of paragraphs just incase you wanted to know.
