Hello,
So with the announcemetn of the mac mini, a lot of PC users are very interested but want to know what can the Mac do that there PC can't. I want to come up with a Top 10 things you can do with your new Mac right out of the box. Any ideas? Thanks.

Do what you want without the computer getting in the way. It justs works!
That is what a Mac is about, doing what You want.

The things I usually hit on when people ask me about why Macs are better are pretty simple:
Drivers. I can say in all honesty I've never had to install one driver for any hardware I've ever purchased, and I have a ton of gizmos and USB/Firewire/etc devices. That's a foreign concept to most Windows users.
iLife - nothing like it anywhere. I'm a graphic designer and I dabble in motion graphics/video, and I still use iLife all the time. I'm yet to find such easy to use programs as iPhoto and iMovie - they're not the full featured beasts you're going to have to pay a grand for to use, but for any consumer/prosumer, these guys really pack a punch. iDVD and the rest of the iApps are great too.
OS X. Everything about it's ease of use, eye candy, and the ability to DRAG AND DROP install/remove programs is a godsend for anyone who has had to maintain a windows computer for a while. That Add/Remove panel can be in shambles in no time if you don't watch out.
Things just work. The OS, the apps, everything - simple on the outside but there's a ton of functionality built under the hood. I've been working with Linux and OS X for some time now, and I learn new things every day about this wonderful OS... but anyone can work or play with ease on a Mac. Not saying you can't do these things with Windows - but it's that much better with a Mac.
Just tell them to head down to an Apple store and check the machines out.... or let them test drive something of yours if you have a Mac. As much as we'd love everyone to switch to Macs, you want them to be sure about their investment.

I usually do the following:
1.) I lead in talking about how my computer has no viruses, no spyware...and I NEVER run any tools to prevent from getting them. At which point you will get "well how come?" and you simply reply "I have a Mac." You may get a few initial comments but they can't help ignore the facts of what was just stated.
2.) Give them the Demo. I like to show off Garageband...I've convinced people on this program alone. I then demonstrate Fast User Switching, Expose and the like. A small demo of the other iLife components and how they all work together is also a good idea.
3.) There is no step three! Ok pardon the joke...but seriously, I don't think it's ever taken more than that to convince anyone.
Best of luck!

Controlling a Mac with a Bluetooth cell phone is always a gee whiz trick.

There really isn't anything the Mac can do that the PC can't. That's kind of missing the point.
The point of the Mac is that it can do everything the PC can do (except run Windows-only programs), and it usually does it better than the PC does. By "better", I mean that the Mac gets in the user's way much less often than Windows machines do when performing the same tasks, whether the problems stem from stability, malware, or just plain poor interface design.
