Keep 20% of hard disk space (but a minimum of 2 GB) free. If you didn't that's likely the cause of your problem. If you restore Mail's preferences from a backup you should get your mailboxes back.

It says I have 61.3 g available out of 80

Docklings work but they all most have defaulted. I did find all the folders I had there so things are ok with all that . Thanks

Backlight keys I think was just turned on by default and as I was typing I think the sensor was picking up on that. I never ues those and it freaked me. good there I think.

I also wish I had all my bookmarks and mail addresses. I synced on the 25th and so I synced again but nothing would come over I guess. I'm I syncing wrong, funny how does one sync wrong. well I feel like I am,,,,,,

I have fixed most things but how I would like to recover a lost mailbox!
I did not have that backed up but was hoping it was sent to some magical wonderland somewhere? Any magic out there?

Everything is working fine but I sure wish I had that mailbox!

Anyone know what I should do with those mail and font folders that ended up in the trash? Of coarse the mail one doesn't contain my lost mailbox I spose? The mail one ends up with this docu. (Mail.appetizer) also first with bundles is LSMMap2 They seem to do nothing when I open them. The font folder contains Arial, Times and Verdana ffil's Thanks , This will be my last reply on this so Thanks to all and any help on this last one,,,,,,,is Thanks ,Again

For the "Mail" folder that was put in your trash, try putting it in the Library folder in your Home folder (move the "Mail" folder that's already in there to another location like the Desktop temporarily).

Any extra fonts that you might have in the Fonts folder from the trash can just be moved back into your existing Fonts folder.
