I have been trying to figure this out for ages now, where are the Keyboard and Mouse prefs stored at?

I have tried setting the mouse speed to as slow as possible, resetting PRAM, hunting pref files, I can not ever get this to go back to factory defaults, aside from a full reformat and reinstall.

If tweaking the mouse speed is what you're after, USB Overdrive has more accurate settings.
