Used to be on single click, would then rename file.
Lately, single click seems to be launching file.
How fix that? thanks!

I seem to need one click to select the file....wait a bit....and another click to rename the file/folder. Too short a wait and the file/folder opens.

JUst lowered my double click speed, but one fast click still opening up jpegs. so now I just going to get used to hitting enter key to rename.

Since you are going to rename it, why not use the keyboard and hit return, negating a second click?

I see that now and thank you for informing me, as I was only trying to add that the return key will do it as well as the enter key, which is what you said.
