I just got a hard drive upgrade in my ibook g4. I started up the ibook from the install disk, but when it goes to "Select Destination" there are no drives available. When I click Installed-Open Disk Utility, the drive is there, so its reading it, I just cant install onto it. Was the drive installed incorrectly? Or am I doing something wrong?

Did you format it with Disk Utility?
