I have A G3 iMac that the previous owner has partitioned into 3 drives.

There is the main OS partition and two smaller partitions that were used for basic file storage. Seems odd to me and I would prefer to just have one volume on the 10gig drive.

Partitioning seems easy enough but darned if I can find out how to UN-Partition it and get it back to one drive?

Solution would be greatly appreciated :-)

You simply do it in Disk Utility. Select the drive in the left column. Choose the Partition tab in the right column. Then under Volume Scheme, choose 1 partition.

Don't forget that all of the data will be destroyed unless you back it up.

It is indeed hard to remember how software updates and tech support were provided in the days before the internet.
