I was calibrating my display and found this little spelling error:



Sorry if there has been a previous thread about this. I searched but found nothing.

Ha, I've seen someone mention it before. There are actually TWO spelling errors there... the one you circled and also in "adjust the overall tint color if the display."

In the first version of 10.3.0, Disk Utility also had a spelling error. It was fixed somewhere in the newer versions.

three - the fools have spelt "colour" wrong as well

If Apple would only give its loyal users an hour with the OS X development team, we could quash a lot of these silly, long-standing errors:

If you find an issue like this, tell Apple. That's the most likely way it's going to get resolved, I doubt Apple pays engineers to trawl the boards (only corporate security get that privilege).

But yes, I think that the importance of things like this are overlooked too much.

None of the typos shown in this thread are spelled incorrectly. In fact, some look like something a spell checker might produce from a misspelled word.
