Does anyone rent a dedicated server?

1. To which company

2. What is your experience with this company?

3. What is your set-up and how much do you pay for it?

I've been looking into this as well (haven't yet made the move) and I think we are going to end up colocating instead of renting a dedicated server. You can colo for as little as 25.00 per month if you don't need monster bandwidth. http://www.pihost.com/colocation.html

We'll probably get a G4 xServe for the task.

If you do want to rent http://www.serverlogistics.com has *excellent* customer service, but if you do the math, you will see that buying and colocating pays for itself in a very short time frame.

I do about $800/mo of business through Staminus (staminus.net), after switching from BLCC (in the limelight datacenter). I switched rather recently -- and so far everything is so good
